4-Week
Birth Class
$300
Get ready for birth by taking this comprehensive course that covers everything from A-Z including nutrition, exercise, labor stages, relaxation, comfort measures for labor, being a supportive partner, unexpected situations, and navigating the medical system. This class also covers the basics of postpartum & breastfeeding.

Mental Health Therapy
$150/Session
(Self-pay and some insurances accepted)
Strengthen your mental and emotional health as you navigate the changes that come with your growing family. Whether you are in the pregnancy or postpartum period, whether you are mom, dad, or other family member, and whether you struggle with everyday anxiety or postpartum depression, this is a safe place for you to work through life's ups and downs.
Birth Doula Support Package
$2,000
Includes 2 prenatal meetings (1st in-person, 2nd virtual) to discuss logistics, preferences, concerns, etc, plus ongoing phone/email support through pregnancy, early labor phone support, in-person labor support, and a postpartum visit within 2 weeks after birth to make sure all is going well with mom and baby.

Postpartum Support
$300 Deposit (then pay as you go)
A postpartum doula provides a peace of mind and smoother transition through professional support, comfort, and encouragement to a family after a new baby arrives.
These services may last anywhere from a few days to a few months depending on availability. The deposit goes toward the first postpartum shift.
Virtual Postpartum Support Group
$300/8-week session
Designed for expecting and new parents (third trimester through the first year) seeking emotional support and growth during this transitional season. Sessions of 4-10 people blend educational segments with open discussion, providing evidence-based tools to manage anxiety, navigate identity shifts, and strengthen communication in a safe, judgment-free environment. Don't struggle alone. Gain the essential support needed to thrive in new parenthood.
