Our mission has expanded! We are dedicated to ensuring every individual, couple, and family

feels seen, heard, cared for, and valued—whether navigating the challenges of daily life and

mental health, the intense transformation of childbirth, or the complexity of trauma recovery.

Irene combines over a decade of experience supporting 500+ expecting parents along with

advanced clinical training to offer comprehensive support that extends far beyond the perinatal

period, serving the general population through all of life’s demanding transitions.

She is a knowledgeable advocate who is caring and understanding, creating a safe space for your authentic self, and empowering you to decide what is best for your unique journey.

 

Fun Fact! The name Kindled Life was inspired by Irene’s daughter, Kindle, who has followed in her mother’s footsteps and grown a love for the birthing process. Kindle attended her first birth with Irene at 9 years old, and continues to pursue knowledge and experience alongside her mom watching birth videos and even standing in as an assistant for some of Irene’s classes. ​The word "kindle" also means “to set a fire” or “to inspire,” and here signifies every individual’s journey of new birth, growth, and igniting transformation into a bold new life.
